Icewood Australian Stock Horses & Training is located in South East Queensland at Lowood, in the heart of the picturesque Lockyer Valley, only 1 hour from Brisbane CBD.

Icewood is a full training facility with two stable blocks, a large outdoor drywork arena, two cattle working arenas, two rubber lined roundyards, a horse exercise machine and mechanical cow.

Icewood Australian Stock Horses is home to Cadabra, the sought after stallion son of deceased super sire, Palmers Fort Abdul and legendary campdraft mare, Star Caddie.

In 2008, Maryanne won her third consecutive SQMC HIGH POINT 4yo MATURITY ASH award riding 'Jaytee Eternity' owned by Jamie & Tanya Shaw of Jaytee Stud, Tamworth, NSW. 2008 ROCKY RUSH CHALLENGE
CADABRA put in solid performances in each section - Cutting, Reining and Campdraft - to attain an aggregate score of 220. The score required to join the Top Ten Finalists was a 221! There were a record 72 competitors in the Junior Challenge and CADABRA acheived a very credible 11th place overall. NEVLYN DALE and TALAWAHL PLAYBACK performed extremely well, and from a field of 54 Senior Challenge horses they each scored 219 - so close to the 221 required to make the Top Ten finalists.

In 2007, Maryanne won her second consecutive SQMC HIGH POINT 4yo MATURITY ASH award riding 'Bellfield Whitney' owned by Andrew Gray of Moree, NSW.
